Anyone heard of these two shops in SoCal?

So I am looking into doing 5 speed transmission swap on my E30 325is.
I came across two shops. One is called SISEBMW. The shop is located in Sun Valley. He advertises on CL; he sells bunch of transmission and does the swap. He has a website and looks legit http://sisebmw.com/.
The second found him on Yelp. The name of the business is called Bavarian auto repair. Website: http://bavariaautorepair.com/. He received pretty much 5 stars.
I am wondering if anyone worked with these guys? Let me know.

First guy is quoting 2400 including parts. But didn't ask about the warranty. Second guy I have yet to call.

Most parts these days, with a new clutch kit and various hoses, gaskets, bushings, etc are about $1k so $1400 is a fairly big number for the install. However, if he has a warranty behind it it may not be a bad deal. Most places will about that much because of the amount of labor it is. Id ask about other "while you're in theres" like the rear main seal and what bushings/ gaskets/ lines get replaced.

At the end, the swap is completely worth it if its done with good parts. Its how they originally built our cars anyways

$1.4k is fairly average for $100/hr shop following book time, however, the actual time for the swap is closer to 10 man hours for everything to work proper. That includes diff ratio change, swap wiring so reverse lights and cruise works, pedals, clutch hydraulics, shifter etc.

option 1) Need a low mileage 5 speed, with good clutch kit, and a lightweight flywheel.
option 2) I have a 1998 E36 M3: transfer the 5 speed to the E30. Find a low mileage 6 speed E46 330 transmission and slap it on the E36.

Definitely have the rear end bushings, fuel lines replaced at the same time if theyre need it. My vert I had everything taken care of at one time. Rear adjustable subframe, bushings OEM, brake lines, Manual swap, seals etc or anything that would need it at the time. Bimmer Buddies did all the work and did a great job.. I provided alot of parts but did add labor since I had them do a bunch of things at once and I think it was like 2.5K. euro lightweight flywheel, and a bunch of parts I missed that were small items but added up.
