The picnic was a blast guys! It's been about 5 years since I've been to it and out of the e30 scene. I saw some old faces and met a lot of cool new ones. I wish there were more e30 gatherings in a summer. It would be cool to organize another one before it's over, we could call it something like "Summers end GTG", or "the last days of shine" . See you guys next year if I don't this one.
It's good to see that car in the hands of an owner who cares (and in the PNW!!!). We will definately be setting up at least 1 or 2 more before the summer is up.
i love that blue color it's one of those colors where i'm like "meh" in pictures, but it looks really good in person
Its really hard to capture the way it looks in a picture, has to be just the right lighting and time of day or it just doesn't glow the way it does in person most of the time.
Its a shame, but god does it look amazing in the right light :)
Eh, just bums me out is all. I was hoping to have some cool pics of my car that I didn't take. I'm not much of a photographer.
Yeah I was a bit bummed too, my car was looking the best it ever has, and I put the most effort into getting it ready than for any other meet this time around, and yet I have maybe 5 pictures total to show for it, I didn't even get more than one or two rolling shots because ben kept pulling away everytime i was up for a rolling shot on the freeway ride up. :(
