I think I remember not wanting to go on the drive because PNW drivers don't know how to drive in the rain. So maybe you guys are right. Either way I don't remember it being a torrential downpoor. I recall it being pretty nice. Here's to hoping this weekend takes a turn

The rain was off and on, it rained about 1/2 way through the picnic, and at the beginning of the drive. Other than that though is was mostly cloudy.

It may be nice out there, but its torrential downpoor right now. My wiper's couldn't even keep up on the way home from work. It looked like a scene from LOTR with all the fog and shit.
