    New member/owner Richmond va.

Just wanted to introduce myself. My name is Zach Mickle. I live and work in the west end of Richmond. I recently bought a 90 cylpso 325i 4dr. The car has some mild mods, Bilsteins, H&R, Ireland swaybars. Basics.
I am trying to learn more about these fantastic cars and meet some enthusiasts in the process. I come from Nissan background and am hoping to find some support and knowledge base that I can rely on.
I am also a NASA HPDE/Auto-X instructor and will be tracking the car for the first time later this month. I expect good things.
If you are in the area please reply or contact me if you can Id love to meet up.
    Thanks
    Zach

Welcome to the party. I live in The Fan work in the West End. My buddy and I share a garage in the Fan, I'll PM you next time we're doing a big project day there. It usaully goes like this:

Show up to garage have a beer

    Think about starting work

    Have another beer

    Talk about starting work

Go to 7-Eleven because we're out of beer

Talk about how you're going to do work tomorrow

    Drink some more

    Go to the bar...

I drive mine occasionally and daydream about how nice it will be when i can sink more money into them. I have a '91 laguna coupe and an '89 bronzit cabrio. I'm always down to work on them, drive, and go to CAP/CAR/Woodfins and dig for parts. In fact I have a 5-lug swap coming together soon...

I forgot to mention http://www.rivercitybimmers.com , not much happens there, but i'm trying to get people who are interested active. Can we see some pics? (of the car)

Very cool. You sound just like me. Ive got some projects in the works very soon. I'll be installing a UUC shifter, a valve adjustment, and swapping out my street pads and rotors for my track set up.

The site looks like its a great start. Ill be sure to sign up.

as for pics, all I have access to right now is a crappy cell phone pic. But Ill put it up. I should have some good ones of the car in action after VIR next week.

Thanks. Its a little more rough than it looks in that pic.The paint is awful. But I paid 3000 for it. Ive put at least another $1500 in it with maintainence parts ect. Right now Im working on recovering a set of sport seats and in the next few weeks will will be Koni's to replace the billy HD's and camber plates with new Rcompound Toyos.
Its been a ton of fun and Im learing alot.
