    this is what i was thinking. that shit looks really bad, i mean the whole spot where the subframe ties in is gone. I would just DD it without spending any money until it falls apart. then part out the car and sell the metal for scrap to get your money back.

        From the research I have done so far it appears that the inner area that is rotten is the inner rocker panel. We'll see... :(
