I hate Comcast as much as the next guy... but I've really never had an issue with their service. Probably because I ask for literally everything in writing, they know every phone call I make with them is recorded, and I have my own router and set everything up myself.

I hate Comcast as much as the next guy... but I've really never had an issue with their service. Probably because I ask for literally everything in writing, they know every phone call I make with them is recorded, and I have my own router and set everything up myself.

My move from OR to Denver...I spent over 9 hrs on the phone with those effers...AND I had to send my modem (I own it) to the service center because they screwed it up. Once the service is set up, it's great. However, the internal processes and communication at Comcast suck ass.

The lady works outta the house & we HATE xfinity. We constantly get "outage if your area"

I gave up on comcast and went with century link. Borrowing my neighbors wifi till them come and install some cat5 line or whatever the hell they do. I got irate on some people at comcast and told them to cancel my order.
