If anyone is looking for an ix, I looked at this one today:

It needs a torque converter gasket, and has a worn driver's seat, but it drives alright and tracks straight! Just had a steering rack and tie rod ends installed. Timing belt was done recently and the last thing he did to it was change the oil. Few body dings here and there, but overall it isn't bad either. Plus, comes with the BMW toolkit in the trunk! (But it's an automatic, so I passed.)

Yeah, it kills me that now I get to spend money on things like carpet cleaning and new door locks. If someone buys these, I will buy them in a few months if you get sick of them.

So a buddy of mine pointed out that one of my past cars popped up on CL!!
I sold it to this guy for $1700, and from the description, he appears to have fixed none of the problems.
also, turns out those are actually MY pictures he's using in his FS ad. Here, i'll prove it.
