I know that prices have risen for e30's, but $10k seems like a pretty big stretch for what is admittedly a nicely presented car and maintained car, but that clearly that sounds to have some significant work for the new owner. Not trying to crap on the seller's car (looks to be quite nice) but I just don't see how it gets to that price.
