Yes. You can buy a decent e30 m3, decent in all aspects, for 12-15 if you're patient and look... I don't care if the exterior is down to bare metal or primer and has no interior save for driver seat, as long as the drivetrain is healthy....

I know, but for a solid drivetrain that can be raced is going to be spendy. Most on S14.net I see for that price are in meh condition overall imo.

I think they are at their all time low though, I bet they are going to go up soon.

E30 M3s were much lower 3-4 years ago. I remember them being the same price or cheap than an E36.

Everything has a price....but it's rust free, nice paint, mint interior, and 105k miles so $15k won't get it. Another few grand would probably do it.

S52 325is is my first car and I've had it 10 years....that one would take a lot of convincing to part with.

When I bought mine, E36s were twice the price. I looked at one e30 with 25k miles for $24k. Should have bought it! That was back in 00.
