Like I said, was going to be strictly track car, once he said he did have the title, I stopped any work I was doing on the car so I wouldn't be screwed if we trade back

try going for an abandoned title claim it will cost around 300 to do this from various companies but since you have a bill of sale from last owner it might be a little easier since they dont have to track down the last ownerComment
