Make sure to check your motor/trans mounts, those going bad would destroy your csb but I don't know how you managed to make it go mia.

Thanks for the congrats. Also, like usual, I am busy during the week with work, so I will start taking things apart to see the extent of the damage and let you all know if I need some other things like drive shaft so I can just get one locally.

Don't trust a cheap CSB and that drive home might have done in your Guibo. I went through a couple Guibo's and CSB's in my car (launching at the strip). Paid for the good ones this time, all is well.
The cheap Guibo felt, well, cheap - even out of the box, I could fold it in half over the edge of my desk - same with the CSB, one felt like the rubber could be ripped out by hand :( Neither of them lasted, and since you track your car, better be safe than having to do this again...

So, new guibo and driveshaft center support bearing from turner motorsport? Good quality or not? Bavauto has them for a bit less.
Also, when I take the driveshaft off, am I even going to be able to see if it damaged, or is that something that can only be done my machining tools?Last edited by MisterMiniS; 06-14-2011, 04:11 PM.
