    Anyone reognize this car?

I posted in the transmission section, as that is what I need help with most, but thought someone on here might recognize this car. Its been sitting since 6-8 months ago when the prev over blew up the clutch and abandoned it at a transmission shop next to my friends shop.

I know nothing about e30's. A few friends have them, I have known James on other forums for years. Should be a fun project. Anyone want to lend a hand? Car is in Beaverton and sitting at our shop.

Car has WA plates (vancover) but had woodburn drag strip reciepts in it...
From what I can tell, its a 198x 325e with the Sport Package. Unknown wheels, 16xk on the clock. Decent shape, going to repaint the door/hood/fender and have the interior redyed. It came with 2 stock wheels in the back seat.

Gladly trade Mazda/Fab knowledge for help! Haha!
(And if anyone knows of a IT job, I will love you. lol)

Here is my known needed parts list:
Interior Door handles (Andy Khar has em for $10/each- good deal?)
Driver fender. (Again $75 from Andy)
    Muffler
Primary Fuel Line is cut right before the filter under the hood?
    Stereo
Glovebox and other dash trim re attached

Not really, how much have you dealt with him? I have a good deal and he doesn't usually have that bad of deals... You have to remember there is always some bartering room and that he is trying to make a buck just like everyone else. I paid like $50 for a fender that had a few small dings in it, so $75 isn't that bad a deal for one that probably is nice and straight and is pretty well color matched to this car. Tell him you will give him $90.00 for everything and he probably will work with you.

Looks like a good platform to start from anyway. Looks beat, and any eta that has been to the drags with "spares" in the back is going to have a cluster of issues. Good luck bro! I am up to lend a hand or advice etc if you need anytime.

Looks like the shitbox I always see on I5. Red with chrome fender arches, a giant beavers sticker in the rear window, a wing, and a noisy muffler.

You haven't had an e30 till you've fought with an old eta.

I have no idea what they are. I usually stick to my rx7's, but this car just seems like a fun project :)

This car will be a fun free project Marc! I'm glad a BMW finally found you, even if it is an e30. Oh well, it'd be fun for a dorito swap, or maybe an LSX :D
