Unless they do things different in Oregon than they do in California, I don't think your school's classification plays a roll in being picked for all-state. They take the best of the best regardless of school size.

Here they have all state for each level, for instance I have two friends who play baseball one of them goes to my school and made 1st team all state center field for 5A, the other goes to Lincoln and made 1st team all state center field for 6A
