If I make it out this year I'll be flying in and renting a car, though sadly no BMWs in the Hertz fleet there.

I'm focused more on proximity to the event(s) than anything else, but I want to avoid staying in a crappy hotel or area.

The double tree in tukwila is nice, so is the Red Lion in Renton (5 min north east). If you are trying to stay closer to the action than Murano in downtown Tacoma is a fantastic hotel as is the downtown courtyard Marriott. Downtown Tacoma is gunna be a better place to stay then Renton or tukwila if you have no plans on visiting Seattle while in town.

I wish you were closer because I know of a few decently priced S4.10 down here and I want a S3.73 to replace my open 3.73

3.25 is great for MPGs, not great for stock M20 hooning.

I stay at Phil whites house @pwpnw on IG, we have a pre party bbq and I stay at his house, we park the cars in his back yard and jam until 1am ish. He is 10min or less frOm picnic
