Made in China? Works for me. I also got a soldering iron for $3. Ridiculous. I should've picked up several since they don’t work well for very long…I tried cleaning with the moist sponge in between or whatever…that doesn’t work.

Get an adjustable temp one.. It makes life easier, and you can pick a off-brand one from Fry's, forget the name, but they are pretty decent and hella cheaper than a Weller.
