I didn't try he just doesn't respond to any messages, he won't even respond to my offer of 2k today. I wouldn't even haggle id bring cash.

He's not talking about haggling in his ad in the traditional sense. He says best offer over $2,000. So he's probably waiting for someone to offer more than the previous guy.
