i read that the day i tucked them so i was super cautious. i have no idea why you would drill through the top.

I drilled through a bag and into the shock. Helped contain a lot of mess. And I did it in a bucket. It took me several holes though...

I put a face shield on and drilled through the bottom IIRC, than eskimo kissed another e30.

The difference between tucked and untucked is pretty noticeable, visually.

As for the guy that almost died... He should of been more careful. Yeah its a somewhat dangerous procedure but had he exerted a quarter of more caution he would of been fine.
