^ I disagree. Getting a baseline is one of the most important things you can do BEFORE you start upgrading any further. Know exactly where you're at... AFR, area under the curve, etc. Then when you add your turbo, cams, etc you can see the incremental increases you've made. You may even catch little problems, or find that a particular "upgrade" you made actually netted less power in some RPMs.
I know it sounds expensive, but the right way to do it is to baseline, then dyno after every major upgrade (on the same dyno in as similar as possible conditions). Knowledge is power, literally in this case.
