i was referring to him claiming he doesnt help anyone, never offers advice, and that nobody likes him... but since we are talking about how helpful he is, i saw him "help" people with an oil pan swap with an oil pan he sold them. The oil pan drain plug was stripped just like the one they took out. then later he goes on to comment about how fucking slow they work. tough to get a job done quickly when there is unexpected problems like a "good" oil pan that is leaking...

Actually, bought the car with the trunk lock fubar'd so couldn't get into it, and I didn't want to punch an unnessecary hole that would have to be resealed in order to pass tech (but I assume you already knew that, because you are the great "StereoInstaller1".) Keep pushin' Luke, you almost got that stone passed.

I am really liking this Pinoneer headunit Luke. The colour is almost spot on and it's dim at night! Also I personally think the whole thing sounds good. Of course it could sound better but I am perfectly happy. Also I can control my iPod through the headunit and charge it at the same time. Thanks again for helping me out.

Now I better be careful around my ski pass through. I don't want to accidentally sneez on it and have it fall out.

No kidding! I was not about to do anything to that pile until I have actual ownership...how is the M42 running? Can we get that car down here for a couple of hours to make it all pretty?

The car runs great ... new motor mounts in (no injuries reported) and the suspension is all in. Ran into a problem that I nicked the driver side tie rod and it was leaking. The other side was bone dry and brittle so I ordered those from Blunt. In the interim I'm working on the sunroof headliner and the brakes. I have all new parts for those so it simply makes sense to do that now.

On another topic ... I found the aux fan isnt working (it works though when jumped with 12v). I have a new radiator switch and the AC button seems to work. I have to pull the fuse box and get a new diode. It's always something ... Blunt says I have unusually bad luck (but he takes my money anyway).
