Might want to check with John at CarbConn in Kirkland. They have probably done a few of these over the years. Though PRO3 cars are not turbo'd, a lot of PRO3 cars do their dyno work at CarbConn so they know the M20 pretty well.

Honestly you don't see many turbo'd M20s around.

I would do exactly this. CarbConn deals with amazing cars and John is the man. I still personally call him every once in a while and chit chat with him about my project. Also, he fully tuned my brothers e36 m3 w/ vortec v2 @11 psi and it runs like a champ.
