If you were there you would have seen there was no walking away plus I've got to much pride to do that. What ever I was a thief for one night almost 5 years ago. i got *really* drunk once at a party held by a popular vortex guy, a good guy, and I did something totally stupid and regret it to this day. I have apologized to the guy and his family. i will make amends to them personally once the time is right (ie face to face), but that hasnt stopped the rest of the vw community from burning me anytime i jump into the "pnw vw scene." this event was also several years ago.

the difference is that when people bring it up, i know that the person i wronged knows how sorry i feel about the situation and i shrug off the immature peoples remarks, many of them racist remarks. i dont reignite the flames... my .02
