If everything goes well and you have help, you can do it in a day. Mine came right off the car but I ended up having some issues with other items (wheel bearings) that took longer and pushed it into day 2. If it's stubborn and stuck to the chassis, then yes, 2 day event.

So unless you plan on working fast, having help and nothing going wrong, subframe work would probably not be recommended :p

Suspension swaps, brakes, etc are all easy projects to do in a day. The transmission swap we did last time was pushing it, but luckily Derek had some great helpers to get his done!

We'll never have a day when everyone who wants to attend can make it, but I do my best to accomondate the majority :)

Yeah that'd be pretty lame if you can't get your car done.

Yes, April 28th is the date I'm talking about, or May 5th.

                  I'm in Olympia.

I think this could probably be done in a day...The issues I remember from doing mine were that draining the coolant (and bleeding the system after you're done) is a messy pita (not hard, though), and you might need to have a special wrench to get at the fan clutch nut (as said in every online howto I've read). Someone in the area probably has these tools, but it's not me.
If you have the parts and tools, it can be done in a day, I believe.

T belt and water pump shouldn't take more than a few hours, including beverage breaks
