    WTB: 1988/1989 Schwarz coupe

Looking for a late Schwarz coupe. Must be the following:

-schwarz (no diamantschwarz or any other color)
-1988/1989 (absolutely no air bag cars)
-prefer an "is" model ("I" or seta ok)
-manual (will take the right auto car though)
-clean title (absolutely no salvage title)
-original paint (a professional respray is considered)
-under 200k miles (will make an exception for the right car)
-NW car preferred (no rust buckets)

I have no problem paying a good amount of money for the right car. Looking to keep this search in the PNW at the moment.

I'm in no rush. Let me know what you have.

    Thanks.

Hmmm, how do you tell if it has a salvage title? That'd be a deal killer for me.

I would venture to guess that maintains a clean title, I would give them a call and ask to be sure though.

Killer deal for sure, probably looking at minimum 400-500 to get the car up here though.

That's what I was thinking, but copart does mainly insurance auctions, which is why I asked, even though the car looks very nice.

I think I'll call on that one later. Looks like the paint has taken some pretty harsh sun treatment, though. Probably costs more like $1000 through uship to get it up here.

Yeah I would entertain other offers first, see where they go. These buggers are hard to find when you are looking, once you buy one, they are everywhere haha.

That '88 is intriguing. Interesting to note that it has sealed beams, though. I'll have to call on it.

If I can find a ride, I'll be picking that schwarz '88 up tomorrow. It's an auto but I guess a 5-speed swap will be in my future :)

I have a complete 5 speed swap from an 84' if you do end up going 5 speed

Congrats bud! Where's it at anyways? Sellers area code was 206... so seattle-ish area? Any big plans for this car? besides the trans swap of course. lol
