Two years ago I paid $1500 for my silver 90 325i 4 door from someone here on R3v. I had to fix quite a few things to make it right, including fixing a leaking head gasket, so i'm it about $2500 now. Just needs paint work to make really nice. I'm really impressed with these cars. Driving one on the street is a blast, almost as much fun as my PRO3 on the track !
What can I expect to pay?

Last I checked a water pump plus coolant is less than a hundred bucks and maybe takes a couple hours to change. That's not a big deal. You'd have to be some kind of stupid to take all day for a water pump. But that's cool you'd pay 5k for a stock e30 it makes selling that 1k e30 we bought alot easier.Originally posted by blunttechr3v does not fuck around. Go back to your hole buddy cause if your paying 5k for a late 80's car your brain must not work correctly. A super clean example with all records I'd understand. This is my first time workin on e30's. Did timing belt, waterpump, fan clutch and thermostat in 6 hours start to finish. All for 180 bucks. I almost feel bad for people like you gettin ripped off so bad because of the e30 tax."We at BMW do not build cars as consumer objects, just to drive from A to B. We build mobile works of art."Comment
