    My new E30

Just picked up this beauty. It came with a hole in the motor which is perfect because I wanted an m50-swapped car anyway.

The plan is to put an m50 motor in it along with new brakes and suspension. Hoping to have it ready for the track by early 2015. Just have to sell some parts off my honda track car to finance the build.

If anyone is selling m50 swap parts, brakes or suspension let me know.

Nice little project. A guy here (forget his name) sells a wire harness adapter (plug and play) for an M50 swap for I think $100. You might want to check out this part of R3V, http://www.r3vlimited.com/board/forumdisplay.php?f=129

I've been lurking on the 24v section for a while. I think I'm going to attempt to do the wiring myself. I Want to see if I can do an m50 swap for under $1,000 so got to save money wherever I can!

I have a non vanos m50 from an e34..bought it from Bavarian auto recycling this summer and haven't ran it. Also have a spare e36 325is tranny. Motor was compression tested and fully inspected/cleaned before I purchased. Under 150k on motor and under 100k on tranny

Cleaned up the interior a bit. From the looks of it I doubt it had been cleaned at all for several years. So nasty

Was wondering how long it would take for this thing to sell. Good luck with the project!

It was close to my house and cheap enough that I figured what the heck.

So far I've got the oil pan stuff, throttle cable, and e36 mounting arms for the m-swap. Just a few little things and the motor and I'll be ready to start putting it in.

Pulled the motor today. First time pulling a motor so it was an interesting process.

Ordered an s52 that has been converted to obd1. It should be here in a couple weeks. If anyone wants to help put it in I'll buy all the pizza and beer you can drink!

Isn't there a local member who sells wiring harnesses?
