Took the car to Haury's today to get a quote too, said should have it to me next week. Ill likely just have the panels painted there.

Also bought the new antenna and front grill emblem so some small progress on getting it looking normal again.

If you had a chance to look around, you would've seen my Cirrus Blue sedan, Greg's M3, and a nice 2002.

The guy i talked with for the quote (i think zach was his name?) took me around back to the open storage lot where they have a lot of nice cars. I saw a lot of X models, and a couple e46's, and the one he was showing me was a beautiful red e30 m3 that had gotten hit in the front drivers side quarter panel. He was showing me how the oem antenna should sit and how we has going to approach un-doning all my primer and bondo.

Man that red m3 looked fantastic tho, you coudn't even tell it had been hit at all. Nicely blended paint.

I didn't see your blue sedan steve, nor any 2002's but those were likely inside being worked on. I only toured the back lot.

Saw your car last night in Tangletown, a few BMW's parked around, a white 325is, white e46 m3, white e91 with some damage, and one or two more. A local meet up?

haha yea thats my damaged e91, i rent it when we're not using it on relayrides, its like airbnb for cars but the previous renters while down in portland on vacation had someone hit the car so i need to take it to haury's soon for the insurance claim. The good thing is RR handles and covers any and all damage that occurs during a rental. Just a pain tho. But yes, that is my LCi e91, love that car.

the aw 325is e30 (its a 91 so not really a real 'is') is mine and i am trying to sell it. I have been out of town and extremely busy the past couple weeks since the m3 trip that i have not had a real chance to show it to anyone yet, but its still for sale.

the aw e46 m3 is my good friend and downstairs roommate and he bought it very recently due to one of my other good friend getting a pristine e36 m3.

I, not to be outdone, had to get the e30 m3 which is the topic of this thread as to trump their m3-ery lol

He also has an 08 e82 1 series which i think he is trying to sell but is currently whoring out on relayRides. One of our neighbors (not sure which one) has a black e36 318i and its very clean and in great shape. Theres a blue pre-LCi e90 that floats around that part of tangletown as well, nice car but we don't know them.

Haha, that's great. There were so many bimmers on that block I thought there was a meet up. I have seen your 325i cruising around green lake before, looks good. I have seen a lemans e91 M Sport in the area several times over the past few months as well.

Huh, there is a pre-lci dark grey e91 with style 162 wheels around Latona too, looks really sharp. Lots of good choices in this neighborhood.
