Gray carpet, swapped from the original tan

    Suspension
    Ground Control Coilovers

    Engine

solid deal. I would have considered this as a candidate for my future S54 swap if i didnt have my euro coupe already...

I was really surprised the motor even ran with that hammered of a bearing..

..just trying to find another running m42 long block to throw in it for now, so he can drive it around a little. The plan was always to pull that motor and do a stroker build on it.

Seller was honest about it and we kinda figured it was needing bearings. Just surprised it was so worn, don't think I've ever seen one that bad and the motor still running! BMW ftw.

Plan is diesel crank, custom rods/piston's..etc. He's even considering going ITB, possibly if that group buy Toes was trying to put together ever happens. Ryan just wants to see what can be done with an M42. If nothing else for S&G's.

But let this again reinforce how important oil control is when you track your car, crank scrapers and pan baffles serve a good purpose and can save your motor. It only takes one high G corner to starve the oil sump and do irreversible damage.
