hes just looking out for you...
i know how cool it must feel to have a newer M3, but these guys know what they are talking about. if what they say about the car is true, you're really digging yourself a big big hole

now that i think of it. i got it all figured out.

you think that by owning/bragging about this car, youll fit in. well guess what? the car is not going to help you fit in. do you know why? (besides the fact that youre on a e30 site) because everyone local to you knows you. they know your mechanical aptitude, your income (or lack of it), your driving habits. another even better reason is the car you chose, there is no amount of work that will fix that car to good condition. you would need to spend over $5000 to get that car back to DECENT shape.

so again, i dunno why youre being so stubborn about keeping it. take it back while you can. save your cash, get a better car. it looks like that dealership is "moving" aka going out of business. there is a clause in most contracts when buying a car that says you can bring them back. DO IT. before you cause your parents more financial issues on a wack car.

btw, this is a pic of your interior correct?

if thats the case (which im positive it is) that drivers seat is damaged. the leather should not be clumped up like that. that seat most likely was soaked at one point aka the sunroof was left open.
