Highway 112 out on the peninsula... truly an amazing road, its around35 miles, of everything from 10 mph u-turns to 100 mph sweeping banks. and the entire road is nearly perfect asphalt. Last time I was out on a perfect Saturday there was 0 traffic on the road.

here in Cornvalley ( corvallis)
I like 223 (Kings valley hiway)to van doozer corridor, (Salem area) and out to the coast then
101 (south)to waldport
then
hiway 34 back to the valley
( but if in a hurry hiway 20 at newport back, its faster and strighter, however more tourists, more big trucks and more cops)
lots of twisites, lots of scenery, lots of parks, lots of ..........
its one of my favorite day rides either in my vert or on my motorcycle ( a bmw of course)Comment

Isamemon, what kind of e30 do you have? I'll keep an eye out for you around town. Kings Highway is great, I've only done it once though and I was following. We should do a drive some day.Comment

rocky point road. west hills portland last road down to hwy 30 from skyline going west. 56 turns not counting the bends in road 3 miles 1500 ft change. down side animals bicycleist and gravel from people cutting corners with out curbing. ive gone up in 3:56 a my rustang and 4:14 down in my 328I went i got to the botton all 4 of the rotors were glowing-Eric-Comment
