there are so many that its impossible to list them all. probably the smoothest, curviest road i've been on in the PNW was the one circling hells canyon. i've been on a ton of other windy roads but a lot of them are pretty rough in a lowered car.

chuckanut drive of course.. but also a pretty dangerous road to drive like a jackass on. I think just last year some dude in a corvette went over the edge to his death.

HWY 20 from Corvallis to Newport.

Also the Mary's Peak hill climb is fun as well.

This road in Auburn is fucking awesome:

It's a narrow one way road which travels up from the W. Valley Highway up to the edge of the valley and then back down to the bottom. There are no driveways (on the way up), no shoulder and no cops on the road. Ever. Be careful though and take some time to learn the road before pushing it.

26 some turns in 3 miles.

Once you hit the bottom you can drive 2 minutes back to the entrance and do it again!

How about just some local hot-laps on the way home from work. Fox hollow is always good, plus u can extend your drive to Lorane HWY if you've got some time, broader corners though, more fun on a street bike.
Then theres always McKenzie view when you're on that side of town, this is where you try to beat Ted's high school record of 3 minutes flat. i cant remember if he stayed in the lines for that time though. i think i got pretty close the other day.

QFT, that is the best road I've ever driven around here. There are over 100 turns and a 3000' elevation change in 9 miles...

Also, the Wind River Road hugs the wind river in the Gorge on the Washington side. This one is also a shit-ton of fun. There are some other very good roads near there too.

                          Can't get going fast enough.

Highway 219 from Scholls to Newberg is the best I've been on. Hardly ANY cars ever on it, and the "Curves next 14 miles" sign always puts a smile on my face :).

+1000 it used to be an old rally race road back in the day but now its so smooth (except for the washed out section) Lol not the safest in the least, but go up there on say a Wednesday and there's like no other cars:)
