Hey guys, in case someone was interested in a 5-lug setup, there is a unmolested 318ti, green at the U-pick of the palmetto and nw 74st. Everything is there if you want the rear setup for the 5-lug.

Looks like I am pulling out an m54b30 due to low compression in one cyl, offering it to locals first for $800 (will take offers). Will post video of it running tomorrow, if no one wants it, it's getting parted out on the interwebz. It has the same crank as an s52 (forged) and can be used with the rods to make an m50 stroker...

Good deal. That M54 would be sick swap material, aluminum 215hp. I love the way it pulls on my 330ci.

The wiring of the megasquirt itself is not that bad. Tunning will be the learning curve. More info on E30tech on MS in my opinion. If you have not purchased it yet I would go with the PNP and avoid the pain in the nads. Plus you can always sell it for good money if you ever change your mind. I have a nice brand new LC1-wideband sitting in the box to help you tune it from when I was getting ready to do boost. Local discount, let me know.

I'm gonna buy a Assembled ms2. I've been looking for a 55pin plug and play option but I can't find any for sale. I just don't want to bust a mission wiring up all the sensors, trigger wheel, tps etc.

Ah. Ok contact rs4pro or lifeiskaos on E30tech. Both quoted around 400ish to build what i needed. That was going to be a fully plug and play option. Just unplug your motronic and plug in this Megasquirt in old motronic shell they provide. The only thing left to do was the TP sensor and the GM sensor in the intake boot. You could switch it back to stock at will.

There was a few guys that stopped by the shop last night you might want to talk to. Very MS-oriented. Friend of Steve's (has the turbo m20 in his e34). They have some sick rides.

Yup, all over the place haha. The tree trimmers pulled their big trucks on the sidewalks and busted them up, then tried to make patches that were cracking and is a big liability if someone was to get hurt, so they called us in to repair them. Why didn't you stop and say hi? Actually just got home, temps dropped so much it took forever for the last bit to dry enough to trowel smooth. We poured and finished 68 80lb bags and didn't start 'till noon by the time we got all the materials/equipment there lol. That's the day-time job, been doing construction for almost 20yrs (self employed for 16 of them). Usually it's high-end kitchens/baths, but they needed someone with a lot of insurance/experience, so whatever pays the bills lol.

Would like to be in the shop full time, but can't leave my dad hanging, cars are the real passion, burned out on construction :/
