problem is I was looking for an early body shell to use as a host to build off of. I did not want to spend more than 1k for that with a clean title. Dont care if it had nothing in it. I rather it did not. Blown motor etc... the early body is really hard to come by of late. To be honest, I just quit looking. I just had not had time. I also would have loved to do most of the work myself. I do enjoy it, but that also takes time, money and space. All things I dont have much of.

I think the wheels could be sold in less than a day. I have some bites. I was thinking about an E39 540 6speed. I am getting old :)

Only thing we took for our own cars was the windshield haha. Still has a red passenger door! We needed it to close up ROFL

Wait, you still have the car around? I wish I would have known. I would have not spent all that money trying to get a title so quickly. What a pain in the ass that was!

Sorry about that, just don't like loose ends and being in an industrial location, didn't want the "condo-commandos" reigning down on us is all. We have been keeping it mobile to avoid any problems haha. Still, so sad to see you let it all go, we were all so surprised that such a pretty car had structural damage.

I want to turn the back seat area into a couch for the office :D

So, what's the new project you mention? Is it a car, or are you going to hang with more superstars? We really need to hang out again, you're good peeps :D

You gotta get some space for it first John:p

And if vdubin01's right, I think I remember Jay telling me he has a crack free dash, he mightve gotten it from him.

Oh, John, you wanna dispose of the sunroof panel/hvac box in the roller?

No, Jay had that dash since I met him ROFL!

Gordon got everything from his car, we got a shell with engine trans, no fenders. right down to the m3 cluster...

EDIT: I distinctively remember wrapping the dash with Carlos.
