shocks/suspension swapper?

Looking for some decent shocks to pair with some H&R sports springs.
It's an M10 car with the smaller strut housings. So, I've got some larger strut tubes for the front as well as a cabrio front sway and a rear bar.

Basically, I need some shocks and someone who can install along with the struts housings and bars. If you have some shocks and/or can do or recommend an installer please let me know.

Can anybody recommend any good body/metal workshops in the Miami area? I need to repair a minor rust area that needs new metal. Don't care about paint afterwards. Someone that they used in the past is preferred. Spanish is no problem either.
