I took my 318i off road and it hung with the best of the 4x4 trucks. The car is covered in mud, a rock punched a hole in the muffler and the muffler tip got ripped off.

I'm thinking this is a good look for the rally next to Tara's old E36 325is with the peeling clearcoat.

I got my tent ready... and retractable fishing rod.

Please let me know what all should be bringing, as a lot of you guys pretty much know exactly what's going to take place.

Lots of wood... cause the pyros from georgia need to burn it.

Tent and a tarp and sleeping mats are nice. Food. Drinks.

I am still fighting tire issues and ride height issues. The good news is I can quickly set it and slap on another set of wheels and roll it out. I want to run my ACS Type 1 wheels.

PSH, I want to run non-bottle caps, but as I'm figuring out, I won't have enough time to get wheels shipped in and have them mounted and balanced.

I've decided to buy brand new wheels, since BMW factory wheels weigh a shot ton, and it's cheaper to order a set of wheels from tire rack than getting used curbed up wheels from a guy who thinks he's dealing gold. *Sigh*

I'll try to find a way to not haul firewood and just pick t up someplace. I am definitely packing my giant cooler with extra samiches and deliciousness.

Best thing to bring beyond your normal camping goods is lots of your favorite beverage and food... We have a couple of attendees that play guitar and sing a little around the campfire...

As long as he comes thru we have a guy bringing a pickup load of wood to the campground.. We can all pitch in on it and have enough to go around without having to spend too much on it...

I wouldn't worry about hauling any all the way over...

MATT, is your trailer coming? I've been kicking around idea of building one of thosem I have a space parts chassis, and spare 5-lug hubs, I've been considering spray canning it to match my car and use it as a trailer. Don't know if it's worth the time though.

indeed, it will be there. Its so far from finished its not funny. But it gets the job done.
I def wont have time to get it ready before the rally. so it will be open front for now.
