Well I got my clutch out, and will be putting my new one in tomorow. I meant to get some pics but forgot. I don't know if I'm going to get my flywheel machined. I can still see all the maching lines from the first time I did this. Any thoughts?

Unless you can get a 323i flywheel I'd get it machined, unless you aren't going for lighter. If not, then it sounds like you should be good to go putting things back together.
