What brake setup are you currently running?? Favorite setup?

I have already ordered mine so I am not looking for opinions on what I should buy. I'm just wondering what setup you are using, and whether you would repeat it when time to replace? Or, in your experience, what setup has been your favorite?

    My setup:

Front- ATE power disc / Axxis Ultimates
    Rear- Brembo / Axxis Ulitmates
    Stainless steel brake lines
    Motul 600 fluid

The rotors/pads/fluid will all be new for me. I will give my feedback on my setup later.

Are the PBR ceramics and the Axxis ulimate the same pad?

You guys are no fun. Doesn't anybody want to play along? Just what brake setup you have...it's not that hard.

Front: ATE slotted rotors/ Mintex "Red box" pads
Rear: OE Brembo rotors/ Mintex "Red box" pads

Ireland Engineering S.S. braided brake lines.

Pedal is nice and firm and, with the 320 booster, not overly assisted at all. I haven't experienced any fade, but I haven't yet been to the track.
Overall, I'm happy with the setup so far.

100% stock dealer installed... By far the best brakes I've had in the car... They stop on a dime, and are 100% silent. I'll never use after market brakes again...

                  Car: 1991 325i

Front brakes: ATE PowerDiscs w/ OEM pads
Rear brakes: stock rotors w/ OEM pads
                  Rubber lines and cheap fluid

I just purchased this car in early Nov. and nothing needed to be addressed since it was all in very good working order. Eventually things will be upgraded as time warrants.

I have stock rotors front and back, and I have Hawk HPS pads front and back. I also have a 25mm BMC and ss brake lines with the super blue fluid.

On the track with my stock brakes, they faded really bad, I never got them to fade on the street though.

I haven't taken my current setup to the track yet, but I also got brake ducts, so they'd probably work a lot better.

The Hawks don't work as well as stock when cold, but when they're warmed up after some spirited driving, they work really well.

okay I give in, here's my setup (nothing special)

                          front:
ATE powerdisk rotors, Pagid pads (non-sport)
                          rear:
                          stock rotors, pagids

SS lines, ATE fluid. new calipers on all 4 wheels (well, new as of 20k on the rear and 40k on the front)

I have 20k on these brakes now, almost due for new pads & flush. Probably not so great for track use, but on the street they have great bite and I've never faded them, even when dropping the anchor at 100+.

The bite was always the most impressive part, I once accidentally chirped my tires at 70mph when brake checking a tailgating moron (barely even tapped the brakes, just enough to make the light come on). it scared the shit out of him though!

I want to try a more agressive pad next time, although these are definetly liveable on the street! only bad part: dust up the kazoo.

OEM calipers, Hawk HP+'s front, HPS's rear. SS lines, Superblue/Typ 200 fluid (alternate every flush - roughly every 3 months). OEM rotors, can't beat the price.

Gonna be stepping up to Hawk Blues/Ctechs for track usage this year.

You guys who are running Dot 5/ Superblue- did you find that the Dot 4 was not up to track use or are you just playing it safe?
