http://www.lot99llc.com/vehicle-deta...14eb008426eee/ I seen this 325i posted and I was wondering what it's actually worth because $10,000 doesn't seem right

What's the realistic price of this e30?

If that mileage is accurate, 10k seems realistic to me. Hell, BaT would probably bring in over 10k easily. My previous build (currently E30-less)

is that what a $10k E30 looks like now? damn.
it's not perfect, but if that's a real Mtech-1 kit then it's probably worth something. I see rust/water spots and the interior is just OK (although honestly way nicer than my own), paint chips, etc. It shows as 'low miles' but it doesn't have the original engine and I'll bet the cluster isn't original either so the mileage doesn't mean anything and probably isn't accurate - I'd say more like 165,000 miles at least..

Theres definitely something sketchy about that car. Its worth some money, but not $10k in my opinion.
Its listed as a 325e, which would be correct for a US '84 model, but it has the holes in the fenders that wouldve came from a euro model. The mtech1 kit is missing the fogs, has a basic sport lip spoiler, not the mtech 1 spoiler. Im willing to bet it was a 323i thats been modified.
Theres more... It has the wrong airbox for an 84 and appears to be a M20B25 motor, not the B27 that the 325e wouldve been. Instrument cluster is definitely a euro one, so with it having the MPH on it, someone swapped the cluster out. Missing the trim piece under the steering wheel. E36 window switches. I cant tell if the OBC and check panel are german, that would be another clue if its a US 325e thats been modified or a 323i thats been modified
Also, I hate the wheels on it. Doesnt look right.
NOT a 10k carSimon

It's 5K or less.
The MT1 kit is worth maybe 2-3K, and some of the euro bits may add some value. the fenders look like they were federalized at some point (the DOT marker holes near the headlights.)
I have a feeling this thing is a project half finished and traded in on something newer. The lot is probably only 2-3 grand in it..1991 325i MT2 Touring (JDM bro)

Car was an Eta so tach is wrong and interior is listed as tan or natural since that's the code for it. I would not buy it until it had a PPI done on it and even then it's got a vinyl back seat buffalo front seats no under dash panel. No underside shots no battery box shots and variety of other things I would want to look at.
Just me though.

you guys took the words out of my mouth...not to mention the rotors look scored, theres no under dash panel, the rear seats are perforated (so vinyl ?) where as the front seats are clealy leather.....then theres an E with a 325i trunk badge and I also noticed signs of body work.

It's a car to go haggle on, here in the NE if it's a clean chassis "RUST CENTRAL" it's worth 4K easy. If the swap is clean I can over look some things but it's a 33 year old car. Seems many E30's are now built prior to kids buying them much like I was in the 80's trying to buy a cool 50's car or a 34 Ford like ZZ-Top's car.
