Not much of an update - Jagermeister decals on the way!

Also, did a VIN decoder to see what year to order seals, etc for - here is what it officially is:

            1983 323i, European model, built 10/83

I PM'd the OP and he no longer works for the shop that owns the car. I then stopped by to try to see the car and it wasn't at the shop. I did meet one of the owners and chatted him up and he mentioned the car was at their warehouse. i'm planning to stop by there again and see it sometime. The shop does crazy swaps into old mercedes but they had a Jag e type, fiat x1/9, fastback mustang and a few other cars sitting out back so they do euro stuff. Will keep this updated when I find out more.

No one makes this car anymore. The government won't allow them, normal people won't buy them. So it's up to us: the freaks, the weirdos, the informed. To buy them, to appreciate them, and most importantly, to drive them.

I know I'm kind of reviving a dead thread here, but what fenders did they use for this? They look like E21 fenders that have been modified "obviously". Just curious. I know the OP isn't following this thread or with the shop any longer, just looking for ideas.

That's what Kormann said they used, because there weren't any E30 ones made yet.

Happy to help. Unfortunately, the owner of it (not sure if he still owns it or not) was a scheister and had no interest in returning it to the way Kormann built it, which would have been super cool.

MW E30 Race car builder, Was raced with a LS1 engine in the old days. Currently it has a 325i engine with turbo and 5 speed.

                              Needs tune up.

                              No title.

Has new paint and decal, great show car.

Yep - what does that tell you. He is trying to sell it on California craigslist, from Colorado. No one in Colorado will deal with this guy. He's burned all his bridges.
