It's an Mtech 1 spoiler (obviously). Pretty hard to find here in the US, but you can get the E28 version and it fits on the trunklid fine.

The e28 is a 535is 5 speed with red leather and will be for sale as well. I will make a FS thread for that one soon. It's getting a new starter and thrust arm bushings right now.
