Like everybody says DONT RUSH INTO BUYING THE FIRST ONE YOU SEE.Have somebody with mechanical know how check it first before you buy it please. I drop off my daughter in RSM every other weekend to her moms house,probably see you running around there soon.;)

Yeah I felt that impulse on the first one I looked at(considering the seller saying "and you already drove ALL this way.." constantly)
But I just look at the appearance of the car, and I let someone else that knows what they are doing get technical and check everything out, and it's only considered if they have positive feedback.
I'm just really excited because I love these cars!

You're searching the same thing, only narrowing the results.. You can forget any e30s for under 1.5k unless you want an early model beater. And 3k is more than a fair price for a clean, unmolested e30. Just sayin

It never ceases to amaze me that any time a chick joins her threads are guaranteed to have a ridiculous number of responses. Look at the wtb threads here and in general discussion posted by guys. Never even close to this many responses, and when asking for buying advice they get referred to the search function. Here we have the most helpful people ever. Regardless, there is good advice in this thread, I just find it interesting. Carry on.
