Looks like the first eBay transaction fell through, and the second time he got close to $40K.
I also find it hilarious that the autocheck still says 3 owners, the thing has had 3 registered owners since 2008, and that's only the ones who transferred the title.

4 owners if you count the guy who owned it for 2 weeks. After Cali, this car went back to Florida then sold to Indiana. Nice to see the guy who purchased it in 2012 put work into it. I hate to see the others pimpin it hard for no investment especially when the current seller doesn't even seem to know the history of the car. :( I've seen 50k m3's but this aint one.
