    Is vsr selling the car or is another person selling the car? If they don't own it, it should be sold as is if the owner doesn't want to fix the issue. Vsr can still maintain it's rep as long as the issue was disclosed. I don't see what the issue is.

        that's still a hell of a deal regardless of the trans. Considering 200k mile m5 go for more at times.
