WTB in FL 318/325 with a manual transmission, no convertibles

Pickings are slim here in South Florida. I'm looking for a relatively nice E30, non-convertible with a manual transmission. Doesn't have to be perfect, but anything more than minor rust and body damage are outside of my realm of capability. Must have air conditioning, or be really cheap if the AC doesn't work. Please PM me if you've got one or know someone who is selling one.

Preferred price under 5K, most interested in non-perfect cars below that price, mods are planned.

Thanks for the tip, I've already got an RSS feed of craigslist and ebay covering the entire state. Hence the thread, I figured there was a chance that someone on here would be more local than some of my results. I'm getting kind of weary, riding half of the way across the state to find a ton of rust under the car or a person who is asking too much and won't budge.

Thanks for the reply. That's a beautiful car, looks pretty much flawless. Unfortunately quite a bit more than I am willing to spend. Honestly, my fault for not putting a budget in the OP, but I did not know people were asking that much for 318s these days. The only cars I've seen in that range have been built. Good luck with sale, updating OP.

I don't want to blow my entire car budget on a stock car and have no money left over for mods
My intention for the 318 I eventually buy is to build a turbocharged sleeper that is DD friendly because I miss my old Volvo 240 turbo.
