Verts don't look right to me in the E30 M3 body. Impressive amount of work, though.Comment

No, this one.....same car?
When it comes to cars as rare as the E30 M3 Cabrio, of which less than 800 were made and zero for the North American…
It came even with a hard top.

I remember the guy kept saying VLAD did not build it.

Sabeast!!
It should be the same car. What are the odds that a 1990 M3 tribute with an S5x engine with the same exterior color, same interior, same BBS RS wheels (different paint), appears in the same state? Even the aftermarket funky stereo appears the same.
Considering the swap and e30 m3 suspension, definitely someone put some money into it. Ryan previously owned it and supposedly painted the car with a roller but the new owner address that issue with a professional re-sprayed.Last edited by Javier h; 08-14-2015, 10:40 AM.Comment

I like how he justified his price by comparing the car to real M3's instead of calling it what it is...a swapped 325iC with M3 panels. I think I was emailing the owner a few years back. It had some minor rear panel damage at the time. The owner was asking $10kLast edited by reelizmpro; 08-14-2015, 12:30 PM."I'd probably take the E30 M3 in this case just because I love that little car, and how tanky that inline 6 is." - thecj

Hehe
Reminds me of Vazbro's 1989 car tribute car and he spent what....$50k?
In fairness to the owner, it does have E30 M3 suspension, an M3 E36 engine, and e30 M3 exterior body parts (less the fiberglass quarters).
Always liked the car, in terms of the components. Whether it was ever sorted correctly is another story. Wonder why Levent never sorted the CEL. You would think that would be the first order of things next to the OBC. Or did the CEL just came up now?Last edited by Javier h; 08-14-2015, 02:27 PM.Comment

Not the same wheels, car currently has style 5s, the other had RS's

There's a couple of these in the states, as in replicas. I actually picked up some parts at my local dealership to find out one of the car salesman's owns a replica M3 convertible. He had the work done at a dealership over in the east Bay Area (an actual BMW dealer according to him). Wanted $30k or something and it was also white. He even went on to say it was now a certified M3 convertible now cause the work was done at the dealer? Not sure but he's a "professional" in selling cars guess they'll say anything you want to hear whether it be true or not.
