Selling what was a 3-4 year project building up my idea of a tastefully modded e30 street car. Unfortunately I didn't get to enjoy this car but I did enjoy the build up, meaning it's minty fresh for its' next owner. Tons of time and money have been put into this. I will entertain offers but won't stray too far from my asking price. Asking Price $11k
**BRAND NEW BATTERY, TIRES, & ALIGNMENT** JUST TO BE CLEAR.....NO TEST DRIVES WITHOUT CASH IN HAND!!**
1989 BMW 325i - Bronzit Beige Metallic, 171,935 miles, AC has been converted to r134 (the right way) but still not working due to wiring but all components are there. Clean title in my name.
Exterior is in good shape, a few door dings, but the front end paint does not match the rest of the car....it's newer paint vs 30 year old faded paint and parts of the roof are flaking clear...was not a big deal to me because I was going to wrap or paint. euro bumper trim, euro grills, driver side highbeam is removed for intake duct, 4300k hid headlights and 3000k fog light bulbs (non hid)
ENGINE: S52b32 out of a 97 e36 M3 with 127k when pulled, converted motor to OBD1. Freshened up with new cooling components (metal water pump, silicone hoses, mishimoto aluminum radiator), new belts & aluminum Turner Motorsports pulleys, 6 puck sprung clutch with lightweight chromoly flywheel. Brand new starter, rebuilt Bosch 40a alternator. Valve cover gasket, rear main seal, coolant sensors, all replaced e34 oil pan (achilles baffle installed) and e34 oil pick up used for swap. Dual 16" SPAL electric fans (one for radiator, one for a/c condenser) No VANOS noise. Installed an oil cooler (-AN lines) and power steering cooler for cooler overall temps. 3.5" MAF, 24lb Bosch injectors (rebuilt), AEM intake filter, Turner Motorsports Chipped DME. Zf 5 speed transmission (m3), HikFabrication skid plate, both fuel pump and fuel filter were replaced with new also
5 lug conversion (brakes)
Front: e36 m3 lower control arms and spindle. Calipers rebuilt, new wheel bearings, Brembo OE brake pads and rotors. stainless steel brake lines.
Rear: z4 hubs, e46 caliper (rebuilt) and rotors (new) ATE brake pads, stainless steel brake lines and new parking brake shoes, hardware and cables.
E28 Brake master cylinder, brand new clutch master and slave cylinder, 944 Porsche booster, Wilwood brake bias valve. Brakes are manual lines (No ABS)
Interior: Originally tan interior, front seats are new old stock Recaro SE's with massive (brand) seat brackets and black sedan rear seats and door panels (black). Nardi 330mm wood grain steering wheel with momo hub. PMC solid shifter setup. 52mm VDO gauges (oil psi, oil temp, volt, coolant - coolant needs new sensor, will try to find replacement before sold), nakamichi head unit, infinity front speakers, seat mounted fire extinguisher.
Suspension: E36 M3 Fortune Auto coilovers with Swift spring upgrade and radial bearings upgrade with camber adjustment plates.
Front and rear subframes have been reinforced and all bushings that can be replaced are either Poly urethane or solid (heim joints).
E28 3.46 LSD differential. Drive shaft has both center shaft bearing and guibo replaced with new. OEM reman axles
Wheels: Racing dynamics RGQ 17x8 with brand new 235/40/17 Federal 595 RS tires. Fender arches have been modified for KAmotors fender flares (I've fitted 17x9 and 18x10" wheels back there with no issues).
Just to clarify, I am not looking for any trades, no money orders, western union, paypal, etc. and no shipping unless you plan to take care of that on your end, I will gladly drop it off somewhere for shipping as long as everything is taken care of prior. No, I do not need help selling this car, and absolutely no test drives without cash in hand. Have a great day.

edit: additional photos will go here as I get them

this is the good side

painted fender does not match 30 yr old paint
black door cards - all pretty much in this condition

small crack in dashboard
Clear coat is flaking off in numerous parts

all sorts of paint chips here, view of oil cooler location

this was a junkyard hood....must have had a bra on in one point of its life.
nothing to hide, I will be readjusting the front bumper alignment before a head-on shot is taken. Like I said earlier I was planning to wrap or paint after completion, but now it's up to the next owner which is probably for the best.
