1987 325 M50 Turbo - CLEAN - WELL BUILT AND LOTS OF NEW PARTS

Up for sale is my beloved 1987 325 with an M50 turbo swap. I originally purchased the car 6 years ago as a completely stock base model 325 with 5 speed. From there I slowly started rebuilding it and bringing it back to its former glory and more. The original M20 was replaced with an M50TUB25 and G250 from a 1994 525i in stock form to make it more lively, at this time the rear end was dropped to reseal the rear diff and replace all bushings. The fading bronzit paint was eventually fixed with a respray while also adding an IS front lip and trunk spoiler. The car originally came with a beige interior which I quickly swapped out for a set of black M3 front seats, black rear seat, grey carpet, factory purple M-Tech door cards, and an M-Tech 2 wheel. Recently the car was fully swapped to a true 5 lug hub setup using Z4 hubs in the rear and e46 hubs with sleeves in the front, this was paired with E46 325i brakes all around. When doing this I also installed a brand new set of KW V1 coilovers along with new control arms.

Just prior to the 5 lug swap I began the process of turbocharging the M50. This was done by myself and a friend who helped me build the full exhaust and intercooler setup. Right now, the car is running a very reserved tune as I wanted it to be as reliable as can be since I drive it quite a bit. It makes around 12lbs of boost at the moment on 93 putting it somewhere in the mid-300s for power, more than enough to have a lot of fun in the car. It was tuned in person by Jordan at RK Tunes in Long Island. Also while adding all of these additional electronics I installed a secondary fuse panel run off of a relay that is tucked neatly in the glove box. I also completely stripped the chassis harness in the engine bay and re wrapped it with original tesa tape.

The car is built very well and shows, runs like a champ and will get you anywhere on those brand new KW coilovers! A lot of money has been put into the car using only the best parts that you can get, it’s a car that you can just get in and go. The car will be sold as seen in the photos MINUS THE WHEELS, IT WILL NOT BE SOLD WITH THE DP ENDUROS, it will be rolling on whatever type of wheel I can find for it; most likely 16” style 5s. See below for the full list of parts on the car:

    - There are small hints of rust on underbody, no rot.
    - Car was on air ride so there are four small holes in the spare tire well from where the air lines went out to the bags.
    - Emergency brakes not currently installed, needs new dust shields to properly hold them in.

Asking $14,500 for the car, lowball offers will not be responded to, and no trades (unless you have a ZHP E46 sedan + CASH)

Available to view most days, due to the amount of power I will not be letting anyone drive the car but I will bring serious buyers for rides.

    Located in Hudson, NY
