BEFORE WE START:
NO I WILL NOT PART IT OUT
NO I WILL NOT SELL THE WHEELS SEPARATE
NO I WILL NOT REVEAL WHAT I AM GETTING TO BE SELLING THIS CAR
Due to an offer I cannot pass up, I must sell my track car.
I am the first-ish owner of the car. Second owner by paperwork. However, my father was the one who drove this car off the showroom floor in April of '89. It's always been in the family.
The odometer is broken, however I estimate that the chassis has around 110k miles. The car was stored for most of it's life as we lived in Brazil and did not start using it as a daily until we moved to the USA in 2001.
Since 2005 I started using the chassis for drifting. I have set up the car to my liking with all my preferences. It handles awsome and every single 240sx driver that drove it admits it. I can count a handful of import car owners that now own e30s because of this very car.
This car has been meticulously maintained, and the body is in great shape. There is no rust whatsoever for being stored and being a Florida car it's entire life. The two-tone occured in 2005 when I switched over from my old '90 black 325i to the new car and I wanted something that symbolized a unity of both cars. The car was originally an automatic, but again in 2005 it was converted to 5spd.
In 2008, this car has already been featured on TV twice, on OctaneTV (www.octanetv.com) as well as a show called Magnificient Obsessions, during a half hour drifting segment. The car is arguably the most well-known e30 in the drifting community, and it's for a very good reason: it is well built to do it's job.
What does it need? Minor body work. I will be providing the car with a brand new motor I am putting together now, and yes all of my unique ultra-baller ass wheels listed below are included in the sale. Please understand that the stickers will have to be removed as my sponsors will have to see their names on the new car. All the maintenance has been up to date.
Asking price: 15,000. Non-negotiable. If you want a lower price then sell some of the wheels that are coming with the car. There's easily $5k worth of wheels included in this sale.
