All the bars get tested before they go out, so I can say 100% sure it works and their must be something wrong with the OBC.
Best way to check is to take a 9v battery, get something like a paper clip, cut two short pieces, stick it in the terminals and test with the battery.
The positive terminal is on the top, negative is on the bottom.
If for some reason the lightbar doesn't light up I will pay for the shipping back and get you a new one. Otherwise you need to get another OBC unit. I have had one just be bad before, but its rare.Comment

are you putting hot glue on the resistor?
won't that seriously affect the resistors ability and longevity? the whole point of the resistor is to dissipate heat. if you're covering it in glue it defeats the purpose.
maybe i'm wrong and it's just the picture. idk

Everywhere I have looked, no one has mentioned that it would be an issue. The heat dissipation is pretty low on these resistors, so it (in theory) should not be an issue.
However to anyone who has bought an LED bar from me, if it ever stops working please contact me and I will repair/replace it for free.Comment
