PM me when you are ready. So what poopin04 did was pay me the full amount, $30. Once I got the core I can refund back the whole amount or a certain amount. It does however take out the percentage fee to do business on PayPal. So I think he got back $9.71.Comment

bump for some light bars for sale. I have (1) that is ugly but works perfectly, will let it go for $15 with no trade-in. I pulled the core out of a junkyard and someone had tried to replace the bulbs and burned up two of the terminals. Luckily it was the two that I dont use, so it doesn't effect the bar at all. just looks ugly on the back, which you will never see.
Also have (1) primo bar ready for shipping. This is the first time in a while I have had them, so if you are interested now is the time to pick it up.
Another note, a fellow member has been asking me about the keypad light LED conversion. So I am going to tackle that this weekend. and hopefully have some for sale.Comment

When you give someone a partial refund it should refund the difference in fees charged to you (seller) and give the buyer back the full refund amount.
If you are refunding people their core money by sending them a regular Paypal payment back then you are processing core refunds incorrectly.Comment

I go in where I received the payment from, select "Refund", then type in $10 or whatever amount it is. After I did that it said something about sending $9.71 back to the buyer. I didn't know if that meant they charge me the fee or the buyer. I don't know any other way to do a refund other than the way they force you to do.When you give someone a partial refund it should refund the difference in fees charged to you (seller) and give the buyer back the full refund amount.

From my paypal refund experience what they do is take $9.71 out of your account and then paypal gives back the other $.29. This $.29 is the money paypal took from the recipient (paypal fees).
Basically paypal charged you fees for the $30 you received, but then you had to give $10 back so papal refunds the fees paid for the $10.
