reviews? how are they different from stock replacement bushings? pro's and con's? my shifter bushings have never been replaces and would like to get a better idea on what rout to take

They make the carrier much more stiff. If you look on my second post the rear bracket that hold the carrier has most of the rubber missing causing lots of slop. That is how it looked removed from the car. Yours may not be that bad but replacing the rear bushing with a new part from BMW is about $50. So it makes sense to upgrade. Now that both of my rubber bushings have been replaced my carrier doesn't move making shifting more crisp.
Here is an install thread made by smooth. Maybe some previous customers can chime in so it doesn't seem biased.
Bottom line for me is it was much cheaper to do it this way in place of factory BMW parts and it has better crisper shifts.sigpicComment

UUC evo 3 shift lever
UUC 187mm DSSR
late model centered shift knuckle
new selector rod seal
Garagistic front shift carrier delrin bushings
Brent 5631 rear shift carrier delrin bushing
New rubber shift boot body seal
I also removed the harmonic balancer to clear the dssr.
